My sweet boy turned 1 and we celebrated this special day with our family.

He was really hungry and wanted some food right away. Why do I love his crying face so much?!

Of course, grandma came to rescue while mommy was busy taking photos and daddy was busy making his plate.

After eating and playing, Jalen went down for a quick afternoon nap. Daddy was busy putting together his wagon that Nana and grandpa sent all the way from San Diego. Thank you Nana & grandpa!

His cousin came too and loved playing with Jalen’s fun cubicle.

But before we go outside, a special 1st birthday wish has to be made and some delicious birthday cake to be eaten.
