Oh how I just adore the family I’m blogging about today. I’m lucky enough to say I’ve been photographing the Jones’ family for few years now. The first time I photographed them was for Shiloh’s birth session. I truly can’t believe how the children have grown and changed since I first met them. And it goes without saying, Lorraine and Martin have become my friends over the time we’ve worked together. It’s hard to not become friends with someone like Lorraine. She’s friendly, loving, genuine and no matter how long we go without talking, we always pick up where we left off and I feel as if we have known each there for years. Dad and husband, Martin is just as great. He is so “hands-on” with his family. A kind man who is very generous in many ways. As a couple, I admire the love and admiration they have for one another. Without a doubt, they are great parents and role models for their kids and they’re so lucky to have them as their angels on earth.

When Lorraine called me to take their photos again, I don’t think I could have scheduled them fast enough. And as for the day of the shoot, we decided to meet at Old Settlers Park where Texas wildflowers and bluebonnets were blooming. It was picture perfect for our lifestyle session and I think they had a great time too.
