Q: What is a lifestyle session all about?
A: Lifestyle sessions are all about capturing rare, unexpected, special moments in your life. I’ve always been drawn to lifestyle photography as long as I can remember. To me, this is the most fun, spontaneous type of session. It is also the most challenging session when I am running after a toddler who never stays still~! But that’s where the fun is for me. I have two rambunctious boys so I know how to interact with your kids. It takes a lot of patience and knowing when to click at the right moment. That’s why anything goes when it comes to capturing your happy life – singing, dancing, blowing bubbles, baking, playing in the yard… it’s your family and I’m just visiting for few hours with my camera to capture it all. Genuine emotions are what I’m after. Documentary style. My approach is to find beautiful moments without directing, while using natural light. I always arrive little early to get acquainted with your little ones and you before I start shooting. I am also happy to shoot the more traditional style of photos, however I prefer spontaneous, natural and informal shots. As your family photographer, I want to collaborate with you to capture those rare, informal moments that you can keep and cherish. If you have creative ideas about how you want your session to be, I’d love to hear it.

Q: Do you have a studio?
A: I do not have a studio and I doubt I ever will. I am a natural light photographer which means I love the outdoors. I can come to you at your home or we can meet on location. If you have a special place that you would like to meet, we can definitely shoot there or I will recommend few of my favorite spots around town. Just get ready to have FUN and leave the rest to me.

Q: How long does your session last?
A: Lifestyle sessions usually lasts anywhere from 1-2 hours or more, if needed.

Q: How long do I wait to view my images?
A: Once your photo shoot is done, it takes me about 2-3 weeks or less to post-process. I will present edited images to you online by sending you an email with a link for you to view, choose and download edited images in high-resolution with reprinting rights. For specialty items, please visit my investment page for a la carte pricing.

Q: What is the size of my images?
A: All of your images are given in high-resolution which means you can print them at any size you like. I can make professional lab recommendations.

Q: How much does your session cost and what is the process of booking you?

Q: If I book multiple sessions, can I get a discount?
A: Yes. For booking multiple sessions, I do offer special discount. Please ask for more details when you fill out the contact form.

Q: So, when should I book with you?
A: Due to my “on-call” nature of birth photography, it’s best to email me as soon as possible for your preferred date. If you prefer to chat on the phone, you can always call me as well. I can shoot Monday – Sunday with start time varying from 9am-5pm depending on the season.
